Changing direction

Written by Die Tour Phantome at 13:09 8/10-2014

Looking back, it was madness to begin with. A team from the flattest country in the world trying to conquer the highest mountains of OCM. For years Die Tour Phantome competed for the victory in Vuelta de los Castillos, Elias Marquez Invitational, Criterium la Provence and all the other high profile climbing races on our virtual cycling calender.

Those days have now past. Tomás Belo and Farley Redman are gone and Reginald Laurence and Ed Pina will likely follow in a couple of weeks. What next? Die Tour Phantome goes cobbles! Has manager Alexx gone crazy? He just might, only time will tell. So far he has managed to lure one of the top cobblers in OCM, Abraham Valladares (formerly Nairobi City Cycling Club), to the team.

Entering our HQ, Valladares looked around puzzled for useful team mates and could find... none. Die Tour Phantome conquering the cobbles? For now they still have a mountain to climb.
